It’s not just the premium content that sets 2025 Topps Pristine Baseball apart from a lot of the season’s other sets—it’s how it’s packaged. Each master pack has two more packs inside it, each revealing a different assortment of cards.
The result is one autographed relic and two on-card autographs in every six-pack hobby box.
Here are some of the highlights:
Pristine Parallels
Compared to a lot of other high-end releases, Pristine has a large base set. Consisting of 300 cards, it’s heavy on rookies but with lots of room still for vets and legends.
Parallels take a layered approach. It starts with standard colors:
Autographed memorabilia cards are found in four places. Popular Demand and Pristine Pieces Autographed Relics show up most frequently. Both sets are a blend of veterans, rookies and retired stars.
Rookie Jumbo Autograph Relics have just 25 copies each plus /5 Red Refractors and 1/1 Superfractors. James Wood, Dylan Crews and Jacob Wilson are among the first-year standouts on the checklist.
Finally, there are All-Star Game Pristine Pieces. Not only do these feature some of the best stars in MLB right now, but these are all one-of-ones without any parallels.
Awesome Autographs
With such a large focus of Pristine Baseball being its on-card autographs, it shouldn’t come as a surprise that the list of signers carries some depth.
Pristine Autographs use a design that’s based on the main base set. The checklist is big and loaded with rookies. Some vets and fan favorite retired players also have signatures in this set as well.
Plated and Polished Autographs, and Italics is where a lot of star power is found. Virtually every player in both of these sets are superstars including Shohei Ohtani, Vladimir Guerrero Jr., Bobby Witt Jr., Derek Jeter and Albert Pujols.
Personal Endorsements Autographs and Pristine Pair Dual Autographs are tough pulls with limited parallels.
On-card autographs come already encased in a holder, not just adding an additional layer of protection but keeping them from being handled.
Big Chase Energy
While the 2025 Topps Pristine Baseball checklist has several insert sets, four debut as some of the rarest cards in the product.
Amped, Monogram, Pearlescent and Prowlers are the ones to be watching for.
Not only are these rare, but 1/1 Superfractors are their only parallels.
Pristine also has another installment of the cross-product Let’s Go! inserts.
CardVault is hosting a special 2000 Bowman Chrome Football break on Fanatics Live on June 12, hunting for Tom Brady rookie cards and Refractors. Find out how to join, giveaways and more.
