2025 Topps Chrome Baseball is one of the biggest releases of the year. The usual Refractor and Rookie Autographs are among the headliners. But don’t overlook the inserts.
The checklist has a massive amount of supplementary content. Some of it is somewhat common and not too hard to pull. They are meant to be fun and colorful, though.
However, there are several scarce sets as well that will have you chasing. Here’s a look at what you should be watching for.
It didn’t take long for Home Field Advantage to become a Topps flagship staple. Debuting in 2022, the playful inserts highlight local landmarks from players’ home cities. In addition to the standout design, Home Field Advantage cards have also all landed with relatively tough odds.
Last year, the set made the jump to Topps Chrome. The overall look and concept remains the same. However, instead of foil, cards are on the metallic chromium stock. The 40-card checklist features the players found in 2025 Topps Series 1 and Series 2 Baseball.
Set Size: 40 cards Pack Odds: 1:1,057 hobby, 1:340 jumbo, 1:6,161 value box, 1:24,166 mega box, 1:20 breaker, 1:6,381 Fanatics mega box Parallels: none

Cooperstown Calls
Baseball fans and legends will descend on Cooperstown, New York at the end of July to honor the Hall of Fame’s latest five inductees. 2025 Topps Chrome Baseball honors them as well with a special series of insert cards done to somewhat connect with their plaques. But there's a twist. T rainbow won't be fully available until 2031 Topps Chrome arrives. For 2025, only the Blue Refractors (/150) are included in packs. Helix
The ethereal designs of Helix are back and so are the extremely tough odds. These cards build in a colorful flow, showcasing movement and beauty at the same time. In a product with many tough inserts, Helix is one of the rarest.
Also notable is the strong checklist. Consisting of 15 cards, every player is either a top-tier superstar, retired legend or key rookie.

Let’s Go
Let’s Go hasn’t been around long, but it has become synonymous with Topps Chrome—not just baseball. It’s in nearly all of the brand’s releases including football, basketball, WWE and tennis. No matter the year, no matter the sport, Let’s Go carries a big design reflecting the energy of the insert’s name.
While the look is big, production for Let’s Go is anything but. Hobby odds for finding any one of the five cards is 1:170,070 packs. By comparison, Helix cards are 1:52,950 hobby packs for any individual card. That means the Let’s Go cards have roughly a third of the copies of their Helix counterparts in 2025 Topps Chrome Baseball.

Topps Chrome Radiating Rookies
Rookies are a major driver not just in Topps Chrome but virtually all sports cards today. So take 20 top first-year players and give them the short print insert treatment and you’ve got Radiating Rookies. The flashy cards have a similar layout as the base set but instead of the photo background, the players blast out like they’re in a manga comic.
Radiating Rookies are only in hobby, jumbo and breaker boxes. You won’t find them in retail configurations.
